When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 to 36 hours for the tracking information to become active via the courier service portal.

Your bedding sets and mattress toppers are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. However, if you receive your order damaged or if an item is missing, please inspect the package immediately upon reception and contact us at info@luxurymzsstore.com within 24 hours so we can make it right.
